1. Introduction

Welcome to getmaya.online ("we," "our," or "us"). This website is operated by RAHUL KUMAR. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products: the "Maya Ai" software (Windows and Android) and the "Maya Ai Home Box" hardware. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Software License and Usage

When you purchase our software (Maya Ai), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for personal or business purposes as specified in the purchased plan. The license grants use only, on the terms of the plan you purchased; you do not own the underlying intellectual property of the software.

• You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the software.
• The license limits the number of devices it can be activated on simultaneously, based on your purchased plan.
• Your license key is issued to you alone. Sharing, publishing, or transferring it to another person voids the license, and we may deactivate keys and devices found to be in shared use.
• We reserve the right to revoke your license if you violate these terms.

3. Products & Pricing

We offer the following digital software products with their respective prices in Indian Rupees (INR):

• Maya Ai (Easy Setup) – Pricing as listed on the website. License for 1 device. Pre-configured Windows installer with 70+ voice tools, voice biometrics, self-learning skill generation, full PC control and dual memory.
• Maya Ai Pro – Pricing as listed on the website. License for 2 devices. The full 287-tool suite with done-for-you installation and setup; includes Maya Ai for Android free.
• Maya Ai for Android – Pricing as listed on the website. License for 1 phone. The Maya Ai voice assistant app for Android, delivered as an APK download with a license key.
• Maya Ai Home Box – A physical smart-home automation device (4-channel and 8-channel variants; the 8-channel unit is expandable up to 16 channels with extension modules). It connects your home’s switchboard to the Maya Ai app so lights, fans, motors and other appliances can be controlled from anywhere. As a physical product, all Maya Ai Home Box sales are final — no returns and no refunds. Manufacturing defects are covered by a 1-year repair/replacement warranty.

The earlier Starter plan is no longer sold; licenses already issued under it remain valid.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are displayed in INR and are subject to change without notice.

4. Purchases and Payments

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway provider (Cashfree Payments). If the gateway is temporarily unavailable, or for international buyers, payment may instead be made by direct transfer to the verified account shown at checkout, and the licence is activated manually once the payment is verified. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) utilized in connection with any transaction.

5. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, access to the software (including download links and license keys) will be delivered digitally via email and/or accessible through your account dashboard within a few minutes of successful payment. Please ensure you provide a valid email address during checkout.

6. Cancellation & Refund

As our products are digital software goods delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds once payment is successfully processed and the license/software has been delivered. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for complete details.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, completely secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RAHUL KUMAR or getmaya.online be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the software.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Plans, Pricing and These Terms

We may change our product line-up, prices and plan structure at any time. This includes introducing plans billed periodically (for example, monthly or annually) alongside or in place of the one-off licenses currently offered. Any such change applies to purchases made after it takes effect and is published on this page and on the pricing pages.

A license already issued to you keeps the terms it was sold under, for the plan and device count you purchased. Where a plan is billed periodically, its billing period, price and renewal terms are shown at checkout before you pay, and the license remains active only for as long as that plan is paid for.

We may also amend these Terms. The version published on this page is the current one, and your continued use of the website or the software after a change takes effect means you accept it.
