When you purchase our software (Maya AI or Ghost Creator AI), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for personal or business purposes as specified in the purchased plan. This is a one-time purchase, and you do not own the underlying intellectual property of the software.

• You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the software.
• The license limits the number of devices it can be activated on simultaneously, based on your purchased plan.
• We reserve the right to revoke your license if you violate these terms.

3. Products & Pricing

We offer the following digital software products with their respective prices in Indian Rupees (INR):

• Maya AI (Starter Plan) – ₹299 (launch price) / ₹499 (regular price) — Lifetime license for 1 device. An autonomous AI assistant with voice biometrics, self-learning skill generation, full PC control, and dual memory.
• Maya AI (Pro Plan) – Pricing as listed on the website. 3-device lifetime license.
• Ghost Creator AI – ₹429 — Lifetime license. A GUI-based AI automation tool for creating YouTube Shorts with multi-backend TTS, image generation, and FFmpeg rendering.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are displayed in INR and are subject to change without notice.

4. Purchases and Payments

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway provider (Instamojo). By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) utilized in connection with any transaction.

5. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, access to the software (including download links and license keys) will be delivered digitally via email and/or accessible through your account dashboard within a few minutes of successful payment. Please ensure you provide a valid email address during checkout.

6. Cancellation & Refund

As our products are digital software goods delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds once payment is successfully processed and the license/software has been delivered. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for complete details.

The software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, completely secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

In no event shall RAHUL KUMAR or getmaya.online be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the software.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
