Say what you want, get the edit
Ghost Editor takes an hour of raw footage and gives you back the video — retakes cut, silences gone, captions on, music under the voice, and the reels alongside it. It is a full editor, and it edits itself when you ask it to.

What it does
Describe the edit, it makes it
“Cut the retakes, add captions, put music under it and give me two reels.” It plans the edit, shows you the plan, and only touches the timeline when you approve it.
Retakes and dead air, gone
It listens to the whole recording, finds the second take, the pauses and the fumbled lines, and cuts them out — measured against your actual audio, not a fixed threshold.
Reels and the long cut, together
One recording, one approval: a full YouTube cut and however many vertical reels you asked for, each one framed for where it is going.
Captions in Hindi and English
Transcribed on your own PC, burned in or kept as a track, with the styling you pick. Hinglish comes out the way people actually speak it.
Music that sits under the voice
It fetches a bed, normalises it, ducks it under whoever is talking — and then measures the result and corrects itself, so “music added” means music you can hear.
Or just tell Maya Ai to do it
With Maya Ai installed, “iss video ko edit kar do” drives the whole thing by voice — import, edit, render — with Ghost's window closed if you like.
How a job goes
- 1
Drop the footage in
One file, or the five parts your camera split the recording into — it works out that they are one video.
- 2
Say what you want
In plain Hindi or English. It asks about anything it genuinely needs and takes sensible defaults for the rest.
- 3
Read the plan
Every cut, title and piece of music it intends, before a frame moves. Change your mind and it re-plans.
- 4
Approve, and collect
It edits the timeline and renders every file you asked for. Tweak anything by hand afterwards.

Questions
Do I need to know how to edit?
No. Point it at the recording and say what you want. The timeline, the tracks and every clip are still there if you want to change something yourself — it is a real editor underneath, not a template filler.
What is the Gemini key for?
The thinking part — reading your footage, planning the cut, writing captions and titles. You get a key free from Google AI Studio and paste it once, in the app or on your dashboard. We store it encrypted against your licence and hand it to the app only while your licence is active. Editing, cutting and exporting work without it.
How many PCs?
One at a time. You can move the licence to another PC yourself from the app or your dashboard — up to three times a month, which covers a new machine, a reinstall and a mistake.
What happens when the month ends?
The app stops editing until you renew. Your projects, exports and settings stay exactly where they are on your disk — nothing is deleted and nothing is held hostage.
Does it work offline?
Yes, for a few days at a time — it checks in with us periodically. The AI features need the internet, because that is where the model is.
