Cancellation & Refund Policy

Important Notice on Digital Goods

Maya AI and Ghost Creator AI are digital software products. Upon purchase, you are granted immediate access to the software files and a unique license key. Because digital files cannot be physically returned, and licenses are instantly issued and bound to our server, all sales are final.

1. Cancellation Policy

Our products are one-time purchases (non-subscription). Cancellations are not possible once a payment is initiated and successfully completed, as the software and license key are delivered instantly and automatically upon payment confirmation. The order fulfillment is immediate, so there is no window to cancel an order after it is placed.

Duration: No cancellation is accepted post-payment. If you wish to cancel a subscription (if applicable in the future), you must do so before the renewal date, with at minimum 24 hours notice.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital AI software (Maya AI and Ghost Creator AI), we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits of any kind after the purchase is complete. Once the payment is successfully processed and the software/license is delivered to your email or dashboard, the transaction is non-reversible.

Refund Duration: Refund requests are not entertained post-purchase for digital goods. In exceptional circumstances (see below), any refund claim must be raised within 7 days of the purchase date. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.

Refund Mode: If a refund is approved by our discretion, it will be credited back to the original payment method used (UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallet — via Instamojo).

3. Pre-Purchase Support

We highly recommend that you carefully review all product features, system requirements, and pricing before making a purchase. If you have any doubts about whether the software will meet your needs, please contact our support team before buying.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In the extremely rare event of an unresolvable technical flaw within our software that entirely prevents it from launching on a supported operating system, you may contact our support team. Any such claims must be made within 7 days of purchase and are subject to verification by our technical team. Issuance of any partial or full refund in such rare circumstances is entirely at our sole discretion. We do not provide refunds for incompatibility issues on operating systems that were not explicitly stated as supported.
