Maya AI and Ghost Creator AI are 100% digital software products. There is no physical shipping involved. We do not mail, courier, or deliver any physical CDs, DVDs, flash drives, or printed manuals to your physical address. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Fulfillment Process

Upon successful completion of your one-time payment via our payment gateway (Instamojo), your order is fulfilled digitally and instantly. You will receive:

• An automated email containing your unique License Key.
• Instructions and a secure link to download the software executable.
• Immediate access to your online dashboard where you can manage your license and download the software at any time.

3. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery is instantaneous — typically within a few seconds to a few minutes of successful payment processing.

In rare cases of email server delays or payment gateway verification lags, delivery may take up to 24 hours maximum. If you do not receive your delivery email within 2 hours, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting our support team.

For any delivery issues, our support team will resolve the issue within 24–48 business hours of your complaint.

4. Download Requirements

A stable internet connection is required to download the software and activate your license upon the first launch. The size of the software packages varies but is generally between 100MB and 2GB depending on the product (AI models included).
