Hunter Ai Home — Privacy Policy

Hunter Ai Home ("the app") is a smart-home control app published by The Hunter Ai (getmaya.online). This policy explains what data the app uses and where it goes.

Microphone

Hunter Ai Home uses your microphone only for voice control of your smart-home devices:

• Voice commands — when you start a voice session (mic button, "Hey Hunter Ai", or assistant gesture), your speech is streamed to Google's Gemini API to understand the command and reply. Audio is processed in real time and is not stored by us.
• "Hey Hunter Ai" wake word (optional) — if you turn it on, detection runs entirely on your device. No audio leaves your phone while waiting for the wake word; nothing is recorded or uploaded.

Account data

Creating an account (optional — only needed for away-from-home control and device sharing) stores your email address and a password hash on our sync server. We never sell or share this data.

Device and usage data

• Your smart-device list, rooms, scenes, and schedules are stored on your phone.
• Power-usage history (on-time per switch) is stored on your phone only and is automatically deleted after 31 days.
• When you control a device away from home, encrypted commands pass through our relay server; the server does not keep a history of your commands.

Your own API key

If you enter your own Gemini API key in Settings, it is stored only on your phone and used only to connect your voice sessions to Google's API.

What we do NOT collect

• No location data
• No contacts, photos, or files
• No advertising identifiers; the app shows no ads
• No sale of personal data to anyone

Third parties

Voice audio is processed by Google's Gemini API under Google's privacy policy. No other third party receives your data.

Account and data deletion

To request deletion of your Hunter Ai Home account and everything stored with it, email hunterpochinki@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Hunter Ai Home account".

Deleted with the account: your email address, password hash and account record on our sync server, plus any devices linked to it. Nothing is kept afterwards — we hold no voice recordings or command history to begin with. Requests are completed within 30 days.

Data stored only on your phone (devices, scenes, schedules, usage history and your Gemini API key) is removed when you uninstall the app.

Children

Hunter Ai Home is not directed at children under 13.
